For the waffle batter
- 2 cups of your favorite waffle mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the toppings
- 1/2 cup strawberries (sliced)
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup peaches (diced)
- 1/2 cup bananas (sliced)
- whipped cream
- maple syrup (for drizzling)
- powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron according to its instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine the waffle mix, milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until the batter is smooth.
- Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- While the waffles are cooking, prepare your fruit medley. Combine the strawberries, blueberries, peaches, and bananas in a bowl and gently toss to mix.
- Once the waffles are done, remove them from the iron and place on a serving dish.
- Top each waffle with a generous amount of the fruit medley.
- Add a dollop of whipped cream on top of the fruit.
- Drizzle with maple syrup and dust with powdered sugar.
- Serve immediately.
