Chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream

But before we can do that I wanted to share a little of the yummies from the day.  Which will be an ooey gooey chocolate brownie.   I made these and they turned out a little like a lava cake consistency.  Hmmm  well that’s OK I just warmed them up today and put some vanilla ice cream on top and oh was I a happy girl!

So if you would like to give these a try all you will need is:

1 cup of canola oil

2 cups of sugar

4 eggs

2 cups of chocolate chips

1 cup of all purpose gluten free flour

1/2 cup of sweet white sorghum flour

6 Tablespoons of cocoa

2 Tablespoons of vanilla

What you do next:

Blend oil,sugar and eggs together

Mix flour, cocoa into liquid mixture and mix thoroughly then add vanilla and chocolate chips.  Pour into a 9×13 greased pan bake for 30 minutes at 350F.  Serve with some vanilla ice cream on top.

Stay warm and I hope you enjoy the day!
