Gluten Free Ooey Gooey Brownies…

Here in PA. it is quite cold outside and we are having lots of snow up to about 7 inches was the last that I heard.  sledding 2012 Dec.

My kiddos are outside playing in the snow and I am home doing some cooking and getting ready for a trip to Winterfest in Lynchburg, Virginia with the family.  I can not wait!

This years artist and performers  are going to be Casting Crowns ,TobyMac, Red,Kutless, Fireflight, Building 429,  Humble Tip,The Museum,Royal TailorJamie Grace, KJ-52, Illusionist Brock Gill,Jump-rope Master Peter Nestler.  

So looking forward to some time away in a warmer climate 🙂   Just have to do some packing yet and we will be good to go!

Chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream

But before we can do that I wanted to share a little of the yummies from the day.  Which will be an ooey gooey chocolate brownie.   I made these and they turned out a little like a lava cake consistency.  Hmmm  well that’s OK I just warmed them up today and put some vanilla ice cream on top and oh was I a happy girl!

So if you would like to give these a try all you will need is:

1 cup of canola oil

2 cups of sugar

4 eggs

2 cups of chocolate chips

1 cup of all purpose gluten free flour

1/2 cup of sweet white sorghum flour

6 Tablespoons of cocoa

2 Tablespoons of vanilla

What you do next:

Blend oil,sugar and eggs together

Mix flour,cocoa into liquid mixture and mix thoroughly then add vanilla and chocolate chips.  Pour into a 9×13 greased pan bake for 30 minutes at 350F.  Serve with some vanilla ice cream on top.
